What is the cut off for same-day shipping on Terrafootwear.ca?

Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day. Review our full shipping and delivery details.

Why Doesn’t my Promo code work?

On the shopping cart page, make sure to click the "Have a Promo Code" link to enter your promotion code. They can be entered exactly as they appear in the space provided. Promo codes are case sensitive. If your discount qualifies, it will display in the payment summary. If the problem continues, please check the terms and conditions of the code or give us a call at 1-800-263-5903. *Note that most promotions require specific products to be included in your cart.
