"My review is about the order placement process through this website, not the product itself. I love the shoes, they are perfect. I wish it had softer insole. But I really hated the order placement. I was not sent a confirmation email with a receipt after placing the order. I had to call them in order to get the receipt. I had to call them again couple days later to be ablet to get the tracking information. Also, the receipt does not show the actual price they charged me."

3rd pair over a decade of use
"Been wearing this style of shoe for over a decade and have been through three pairs the grip is phenomenal. I've roofed, climbed mountains and even long boarded in them just to see if they could grip there. Insoles suck and they break down overtime fairly fast but this is not a $400 plus dollar boot. In terms of value for what you get this to me is a 5 star product. Probably a wide boot but I have wide feet so it feels good to me"
